“At Arvam, we envision that to have a wholesome educational experience, children need to experience travel and exploration beyond the classroom. We believe that adventure ignites curiosity and fosters a deeper understanding of the world. Our mission is to provide children with enriching travel opportunities that encourage them to explore cultures, connect with nature, and engage in meaningful service to communities. By inspiring a passion for discovery, empathy, and global citizenship, we aim to create a generation of young explorers who appreciate diversity and embrace the joys of learning through travel while making a positive impact in the world.”

Meet Our Team

Is passionate about travel and strongly believes that what you learn outside the classroom helps mould children to be a more compassionate, inquisitive and resourceful individuals. She has an undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Management/Finance and a Masters in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh.

She has been a consultant for PwC India and has experience in the field of education, and policy development. She also has experience in building a successful FMCG Brand in India under the brand name Monsoon Harvest.

And most importantly is a mom to an inquisitive and precocious 10 year old. She currently lives in Coimbatore, India with her husband, son, and 2 dogs.

Believes that travel is the best educator. Her experience in running a library for the community, working with remedial education for children, and love for nature has inspired her to enrich their lives through meaningful and unique real world experiences.

She holds a Masters degree in Software Engineering and had a successful stint as a Software Architect at Verizon Communications, USA for 10 years, before moving back to Coimbatore, India.

Niranjani lives in Coimbatore with her husband and is a mother of two ambitious girls. The older one is off pursuing her undergraduate degree in the USA, and the other is a high schooler waiting to fly the nest soon.

About Us

Arvam was founded on the principles that experiential & outbound learning is used to transform the educational experience. Arvam provides children with immersive, real-world learning experiences that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.

Arvam offers history & cultural based adventures, nature/wildlife exploration, and community service expeditions.

In addition, Arvam also offers Pre-college Career exposure programs for high school students, where they explore their potential/ interests in various fields through career exploration and exposure.

Arvam also offers Leadership programs which help equip our children with the skill-set needed to be next generation leaders and thought innovators. Leadership camps for high school students to help foster personal growth, enrich confidence, enhance social skills and enhance communication.
